It is my pleasure to introduce Yutaka Ueno’s book to the Japanese market.

The Lua programming language has seen a big growth in recent years, expanding outside its stronghold in games into applications like Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. A new Lua book, devoted to this relevant market, certainly will help the Lua community not only in Japan but all around the world.

Unfortunately, I am unable to read this new book, but I have confidence that Yutaka Ueno, a member of the Lua community for many years, has the necessary skill to do a great job. For those of you lucky enough to understand Japanese, I hope a great reading.
